#NYFAPartner Spotlight | Legends Limousine

We’re partnering with Legends Limousine to promote accessible transportation to our DUMBO events.

New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) is committed to ensuring that events held at the NYFA office and gallery in DUMBO, Brooklyn are accessible. To this end, we’re pleased to announce Legends Limousine, a family-owned car service based in Park Slope, Brooklyn, as our transportation partner for all events held at NYFA at 20 Jay Street, Suite 740, as well as for the 2018 NYFA Hall of Fame Benefit.

Individuals who are mobility-impaired and would like assistance getting to NYFA’s office for events held on premises will be able to request this complimentary car service, with pickup from the wheelchair accessible Jay Street-MetroTech subway station. The elevator access point for pickup is at 370 Jay Street, on the NE corner of Jay and Willoughby Streets. Reservations will need to be made with the NYFA event point person three business days in advance of the event.

Legends Limousine has been serving the tri-state area for 20 years, and the New York City area for over 30. In that time, safe and comfortable travel has been their priority, earning them praise from Mommy Poppins and others. Legends is excited to join with NYFA in helping individual artists access the professional development and curatorial events held at NYFA. In the words of Ivan Y. Colon, Business Development Director at Legends Limousine:

We at Legends Limousine care about making a difference and making New York City more accessible. Our biggest reward is the realization that we’ve made a positive change in someone’s life, and we look forward to working with NYFA on this important transportation initiative.

This service is made possible with the generous support of Legends Limousine.
