Join NYFA’s Opening Reception for Borderless: In Residence on November 3, 2016

NYFA’s upcoming exhibition Borderless: In Residence, curated by David C. Terry, features artists who have participated in NYFA’s national and international residency programs through partnerships with Wayne State University in Detroit, the University of Arts in London, Basil Alkazzi Artist-in-Residence, the Woodstock Byrdcliffe Artist in Residence, the Jamaican Center for Arts and Learning, Times Square Alliance, the Sheldon Museum, Flux Factory and the Node Center for Curatorial Studies. Join us at NYFA Gallery for the opening reception during DUMBO’s First Thursday Gallery Walk on Thursday, November 3, 6:00pm – 9:00pm.

Exhibition Dates: November 3, 2016 – February 10, 2017
Gallery Hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM; First Thursdays of every Month (except Jan + July) 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

Opening reception is free and open to the public.

Borderless: In Residence is the first of a three-part exhibition series that includes Borderless: In Time opening at the Museum van Loon in Amsterdam on November 26, 2016 and Borderless: In Perspective, featuring NYFA’s Immigrant Artist Program Mentees at Lite-Haus Galerie in Berlin on December 3, 2016.
