Develop your financial acumen with Bailie Slevin and Jaimie Austin

NYFA is pleased to host Financial Planning for Artists, a workshop to help artists navigate their finances. Finances and financial planning can be scary and overwhelming at times, but they don’t have to be. Bailie Slevin and Jaimie Austin will be joining us to simplify and demystify the world of financial planning. They will be covering topics such as keeping personal finances and business finances separate, saving and investing, and more.

Bailie Slevin, Founder and President of Entertaining Finance 
Entertaining Finance is a financial advising firm dedicated to bringing fiscal health, education and balance to the entertainment community. Bailie specializes in planning with artists, performers, and freelancers. In her spare time, Bailie has been on the stage management, general management and producing teams of numerous Off Off  Broadway, Off Broadway and Broadway shows that have won OBIES, Drama Desks, and Tonys. She credits her success to the support from her pug, Cleopatra Norma Desmond.

Jaimie Austin, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Millennial Capital Partners
Millennial Capital Partners is a financial advising firm specializing in planning with the Millennial Generation. MCP provides their clients the tools to make intelligent and informed decisions about their money. Jaimie spends her free time DIYing with paint and power tools and getting her blood pumping by spinning, running, and Warrior Racing. She is also the head coach of the 18U Lady Royals Softball team for Harlem RBI, a non-profit providing inner city youth with opportunities to play, learn and grow.
